Adrik clutch his fist hard that his veins popped out.

" ENOUGH!!!! " Adrik shouted.

" If anyone dare to say another word for my wife, I will kicked them out right now." Adrik push the plate.

" Nancy bring dinner for both of us. " Adrik took the plate from her and went into his room.

Looking at him both Ivaan, Purab and Alok press their laugh between their lips. Trio winked at each other.

~ Flashback~

Roshni was instructing the servent to serving the dining table. Alok, Ivaan and Purab was hiding behind the pillar. Three of them were fighting with each other.

" You are this much afraid of mom? " Purab asked annoyingly.

" I am not afraid, I am just scared to face her. " Alok said like he has seen a hungry lion in front of him.

" Don't you want to clean the stupid ass Brain of your nephew? " Purab scold his father.

" Relax Purab, dad go if mom will go out of control I will come in between. " Ivaan said comforting his father.

He pat on his back but Purab push Alok infront.

" Roshni!! " Purab shout and both of them ran away.

Roshni saw Alok with his forehead covered in sweat and a nervous smile on his face.

" What? " She asked in her deadly voice.

Alok took his hand behind his back and walked towards her casually. He stood beside her.

" I just came here casually, was walking around, hehe. " Alok laugh nervously.

" What you want tell me I have a lot of work. " Roshni was focused on her work.

" Like ordering. " Alok chuckled but his wife's one angry glare faded his smile.

" Where is Naina? " Alok asked with his fake acting skills.

" The Queen must be doing some time past. " Roshni said twisting her lips.

" Omg!! You are the incharge here. You are here working and she is relaxing like a queen. I feel bad for you. " Alok said wiping his tears which were invisible.

" You are badmouthing about that girl? " Roshni raised her eyebrow.

" Why? " He asked getting confused.

" Because you said she is like your daughter, you never bare to even hear something bad about her then why are you talking like this now? " Alok gasp down hearing his wife's suspecting him. He have to cover it otherwise he is dead meat for sure.

" Why? You are my wife, my life partner. I should care for you. Why will I care for that girl. I just had some sympathy for her. Nothing else. " Roshni squeezed her eyes very close but then fixing her expression she just nodded him.

" Waah kya fakte hai papa!" Purab whispered to Ivaan.

" Shut up motherfucker, let me hear them. " Ivaan slap the back of Purab's head.

" You are right, why I am doing this? She should do all this work. I am the Malkin here, she doesn't earn just eat and sleep. I have to do something. " Roshni said in anger. Alok wink and showed a thumbs up to his sons.

~ Flashback ended ~

Adrik was feeding Naina, her body was burning with fever. She was barely able to open her eyes due to weakness.

" Adrik? " She called his name in her barely audible weak voice.

" Hmmm. " He just hummed to her but all his attention was in his phone.

" What if something happened to me? " She asked with hesitation. She was expecting something sweet but her smile faded hearing his reply.

" I will be happy, if you disappeared from my life. No one will search for you. " He said and went to attend his business call.

" I will pray that your wish comes true Adrik. " Naina chuckled bitterly. Tears were running down from her eyes and she was smiling with her eyes.
